Trade Show
CFS Miami is a trade-only event. It is not open to the general public.
Admission is reserved for professionals in the food and beverage industry, including:
- Importers and distributors
- Buyers from retail businesses such as wineries, specialty shops, and food stores
- Foodservice buyers from hotels, restaurants, and catering services
- Chefs, sommeliers, and other culinary professionals
- Representatives from culinary institutions and industry consultants
- Members of the press, media, or content creators focused on food and wine
All attendees must be 21 years or older and must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.
Children and individuals under 21 will not be admitted under any circumstances.

Please note:
- One email address = one badge
- Each attendee from the same company must register using a unique email address.

- Event badges must be visible at all times while onsite
- Trolleys, shopping bags, or rolling suitcases are not allowed inside the venue
- No locker service is available; bring a regular purse or backpack
Organizers reserve the right to deny entry or request proof of professional status. This policy is enforced in line with U.S. event security standards.

Once you arrive at the Miami Design District, use the Gucci store at street level as your landmark. Next to it, you’ll find the escalator to access Level 1. The registration desk will be located near the elevator on Level 1.

To comply with venue safety regulations, the following items and actions are strictly prohibited:
- Cold sparks
- Hazers or smoke machines
- Fire shows
- Smoking, incense, or sage
- CO2 devices
- Propane tanks (only permitted outdoors with prior approval)
Violation of these rules may activate the fire alarm and sprinkler system. In such cases, the Fire Department will intervene, and responsible parties will be liable for all related costs.
No. CFS Miami is a business networking event.
Products are showcased for tasting and evaluation purposes only. No food or beverage is sold or available for purchase at the venue.
Yes, we highly recommend bringing your business cards.
This is a trade show focused on professional networking, and exhibitors may ask for your card in order to share product information, samples, or schedule follow-up meetings.
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi will be available throughout the event space. Access instructions will be provided at registration.

All attendees must register using a unique email address. This is necessary to manage the event directory and ensure accurate communication.

Exhibitor Information

Badge requests will be accepted starting September 1.
Your display area is part of a unified and professional event environment. All exhibitor setups should follow the event’s standardized visual guidelines to ensure a cohesive image across the show floor.
- Use of branded runners is allowed
- Product catalogs, brochures, and business cards are welcome
- Power outlets are not included by default. Requests for electricity must be submitted in advance and may incur an additional fee
Custom displays can be submitted for approval to maintain the open-floor layout and uniform design of the event.
Please note that all tastings must comply with the venue’s safety regulations. Find them in the rules for exhibiting section.
To ensure a smooth experience for all participants, logistics are coordinated as follows:
Set-up schedule:
- September 16: 4:30 PM – 6:00 PM
- September 17: 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Loading Dock: Located on NE 1st Ave between 41st and 42nd Street.
Loading Dock Elevator Measurements:
- Cabin: 88” L x 64” W
- Door Opening: 84” L x 47.5” W<
- Elevator Weight Capacity: 3000 lb
Exhibitors must bring their own hand trucks or carts if needed. Parking is strictly prohibited at the loading dock; all vehicles must vacate immediately after unloading.
Important: If you want to bring your samples the day before the event, submit your schedule to cfsmiami@catalanfood.us by September 12. Access is only possible with prior coordination. This coordination is required to secure access through the loading dock, which provides direct elevator service to the venue floor.
No additional instructions or permissions are required beyond the email confirmation. This process facilitates a smooth experience for exhibitors using the service elevator to deliver materials to their assigned tables.
All deliveries must adhere to the official setup schedule. No setup will be allowed outside designated hours.
The exhibition is curated to prioritize safety, product quality, and brand integrity. Exhibitors must comply with the following rules:
- No cooking or open flames allowed indoors.
- Room-temperature tastings are permitted without prior approval.
- UL-certified toasters may be used only upon prior approval.
- Cooking appliances or live-fire equipment are not permitted for exhibitor use.
- The venue kitchen is restricted to event staff only.
- Exhibitor activity must take place only in designated public areas: the exhibition hall, the Main Stage, the Catalan Live Kitchen Zone (outdoor), and general areas.
- Cooking demonstrations or tastings involving heat are allowed only in the Catalan Live Kitchen Zone and must be pre-approved by August 11.
Violations may result in the removal of unauthorized equipment or the suspension of your activity.
To support a smooth exhibitor experience, the following services will be available:
- Wine glasses will be distributed to attendees at the entrance.
- Ice will be available upon request and delivered to your table.
- All samples will be stored and delivered at room temperature. Exhibitors with wine or temperature-sensitive products are advised to arrive early to chill them as needed.
- No cold or frozen storage will be provided.
- A dedicated open-air area will be available for large item storage (for exhibitors only).
- No access to venue kitchen will be granted.
The following services are available upon request:
- Power outlets
- Approval for use of UL-certified appliances
- Participation in exhibitor-led showcookings or product demos on stage. Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Use of custom displays can be submitted for approval to ensure visual coherence.

Terms and Conditions
This Giveaway is open only to individuals who attend CFS Miami 2025 in person on September 17th, 2025, and who register through the official QR codes displayed throughout the venue. Participants must be 21 years of age or older. Employees of the participating institutions, their immediate family members, as well as exhibitors and vendors at the event, are not eligible to participate.
To participate, participants must complete the registration form accessible via QR codes placed throughout the event space. Entries will be accepted from the opening of the event until 5:00 PM (local time) on the day of the event. After that time, the registration form will be closed and no further entries will be accepted.
- The Giveaway drawing will take place at 5:15 PM (local time) during the event.
- Three winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The order in which the winners are selected will determine their priority for receiving the prize. If the first selected winner does not meet the conditions outlined in the ‘Notification and Confirmation’ section, the Organizer will contact the second selected winner.
- The first selected winner will receive a trip to Barcelona, Spain, including round-trip airfare and hotel accommodation for 3 nights.
- Winners do not need to be present at the time of the drawing.
- Winners will be contacted via the contact information provided at registration. They will have 30 calendar days from the date of notification to confirm their availability for the trip.
If the first selected winner fails to confirm within 30 days, the opportunity will pass to the second winner, and if necessary, to the third. Each person will have a time frame of 30 days to confirm availability for the trip.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
- The Organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
- By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to allow the Organizer to use their name and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway.
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Organizer and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway.
