Summer Fancy Food Show NYC 2025

The Summer Fancy Food Show is the largest specialty food industry event in North America, bringing together thousands of producers, buyers, and industry professionals from across the globe. Held annually in New York City, this flagship trade show showcases cutting-edge trends, innovative products, and high-quality gourmet food. The 2025 edition marks its 68th celebration, gathering over 30,000 visitors and 2,000 exhibitors from more than 50 countries.

This year marks the first-ever participation of Catalonia with its own exclusive space, proudly representing Catalan Food within the International Pavilion. In line with its recognition as World Region of Gastronomy 2025, Catalonia will present a series of engaging activities aimed at promoting the region’s culinary identity, traditions, and premium-quality products.
