An overview of Catalonia’s rich culinary traditions, offering a glimpse into the region’s unique gastronomic heritage.

Catalan Tomato Bread Workshop

Led by Chef Alba Sunyer, this interactive workshop will explore the art of crafting “Pa Amb Tomàquet.” Participants will master the technique, gain expert tips, and create their own versions of this classic Catalan dish.

The culinary session concludes. Participants are invited to continue the conversation with fellow food enthusiasts in the #CatalanFoodUS Community, sharing experiences and staying connected for future events.

Alba Sunyer Ollé

Chef, author, founder of TMC / Professor

Alba Sunyer was born in Barcelona and inherited her passion for Catalan cuisine from her mother.
With over 15 years of experience in the U.S., she has built a successful career as a chef, entrepreneur, and consultant, collaborating with government agencies, international brands, and local companies. Alba is also the author of The Catalan Table, endorsed by renowned chefs. Today, she represents CETT–University of Barcelona in the U.S., teaches nationwide, and consults for the Catalan American Council and Prodeca, a public company of the Catalan Government promoting Catalan food worldwide.
